In this event, Gabriel Zucman and Sarah Godar will present key results from the EU Tax Observatory’s inaugural Global Tax Evasion Report. The report provides a quantification of international tax evasion in its different forms. Setting the policy agenda for the future, the report also makes proposals to fight tax evasion. Together with the two EU Tax researchers, we discuss the report's results in a panel with Charlotte Bartels (DIW) and Gerhard Schick (NGO Finanzwende), chaired by Christian Traxler (Hertie School).
